Here, at Distinkt Cards, we're passionate about bringing you beautifully distinctive cards, ensuring that you receive all of your orders on time and simplifying your life.

We work with a talented variety of new up-and-coming artists, who genuinely enjoy creating beautiful and innovative designs, especially for you. We enthusiastically support Breakthrough Cancer Research, Real Aid and AVA charities, and all of our paper is FSC approved.

Our mission is to create beautifully distinctive greetings cards, stationery and products that will inspire, enlighten and delight you.



Why hasn't my card arrived yet?

Ensuring that your cards arrive on time is our priority. Our cards are dispatched from our production facility in Tunbridge Wells and delivered straight to Royal Mail on the evening of dispatch. Once in the hands of Royal Mail, we won't have control over your cards but we will do whatever we can to resolve any problems caused by delayed delivery.
As First Class items are not guaranteed next day delivery, it's important to ensure that you allow at least 2 working days from order to expected delivery. Have a look at our delivery and postage information in our Terms and Conditions.
If your card still hasn't arrived within the delivery times stated, contact our customer service team and they'll be happy to help.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! All Distinkt Cards' orders will show up in your account, and we'll tell you if your order is being processed, printed or shipped.
For orders sent via Royal Mail First Class, tracking information is not available. If you would like the item sent via Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail Special Delivery, this can be done at added cost. These items would then be trackable via Royal Mail.

I have noticed a mistake! Can I change my order?

It is important that you carefully check the preview of your card before confirming your order. However, we will do everything that we can to help and if we haven't yet printed the order we may well be able to amend it. You will need to contact our customer service team as soon as you notice the mistake.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund for personalised cards or gifts with mistakes.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, or it's not right?

We're very sorry to hear about that. Contact our customer service team to discuss the faulty item or damaged card. If the product is clearly faulty or damaged we will replace it. If you have received the wrong product, please call us so we can discuss getting the right product sent out as soon as possible.

Can I send cards outside of the UK?

We know that you have friends and family all over the world and we're working on expanding our delivery locations - so that you can share Distinkt Cards with everyone, everywhere.


How much do Distinkt Cards' products cost?

A5 Personalised Greetings Cards cost £2.99 and square cards cost £2.49
Instant Postcards cost £1.99
Invitation prices range from £1.00 to £3.50 depending on the style and how many you order.
Wrapping paper non-personalised from 0.95p per sheet
Wrapping paper personalised from £3.99 per sheet
Gift Bags from £1.95

How can I pay for my cards?

We accept most major debit and credit cards that are UK registered 
Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Visa, Visa Debit.

I am having trouble paying for my order!

We check all your card details when you pay, so please double-check you've entered them all correctly. One mistyped number and the transaction will fail - and it's very easy to mistype things!

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments made for our products over the Internet are processed through a secure server, which means that your card details are specially encrypted before we send them to our payment provider. Check out our Privacy and Security Policy if you'd like to find out more.
Different browsers show the page security in different ways but you should be able to see a padlock somewhere on the screen to represent this and the URL will change from HTTP:// to HTTPS://.

I have a promotional code, how does it work?

Here at Distinkt Cards, we like to treat our customers to special discount vouchers and exciting promotions. On discovering a code, simply enter it into the promotional code tab on the checkout page.
From time to time we post promotional codes on our Facebook and Twitter pages - so check them out!

Do I need to create an account before I can purchase?

Yes, you need an account to make purchases. Registering is easy, all we require is a username, password and some basic details to get started.

I've forgotten my username/password!

Don't worry! Click on the "Your Account" section in the top menu (found in the "Help" section) and you'll be prompted to enter your password. Simply click "Forgotten your password?" and follow the instructions there. We'll email you with more details.
If you find you've not received the email, please be sure to check your spam folder, just in case it's got stuck. Oh and make sure you remember your new password before you log out!

Photo Upload

I'd like to order more than one copy of the card I just designed?

Simply increase the number of cards you would like to have printed in the “Quantity” tab and they'll be delivered to the addresses that you choose. If you’d like to send the same card out to lots of different addresses for Christmas, try our Christmas MultiCards.

Why am I having difficulty with a photo upload card?

We have some very specific restrictions on images that can be uploaded and this may be why you are having difficulty. Images must be in JPEG format to upload to the site, any other format such as Word Documents and PDFs will not be accepted. For best results we suggest that you make the image dimensions approximately 1000 pixels for the smallest edge of your photos.
We print images at 300DPI (Dots Per Inch) so if you are scanning the image we recommend you use this setting.
If you try to upload a photo that has a lower resolution or image size, we will still accept the image but will give you an on screen warning that the image may not print very well.

Can I order multiple personalised cards?

You can order multiple personalised cards through our Christmas MultiCards feature. You will be able to personalise multiple cards with different names and messages, and we can even post them out to all of your recipients.

How are the cards printed and what materials do you use?

Our products are produced at our Tunbridge Wells facility utilising the latest printing technology.  We pride ourselves on our Quality, Service and Environmental standards.  The production unit has the following accreditations:

All paper/board is FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified ensuring they are from a sustainable source.

How long will you take to get back to me?

We aim to contact you straight away but certainly within 24 hours via e-mail, however please note that our office hours are Monday-Friday 9-5 and e-mails sent outside of these hours will get a reply the next day.
